Happiness, Love and Health. These 3 words are largely and widely used, but how well do we know these 3 words and what do they mean to us?
Happiness
It is an agreed fact that all of us want happiness and are afraid of pain and grief. The question is what is real happiness? The desire for happiness has no meaning without understanding the real nature of happiness. Generally, ordinary beings consider sensual pleasures as happiness and their attempts are directed towards that. To this group of people, happiness means search for pleasures for the senses. The question "what is happiness" does not arise in their hearts, because in their hearts they treat life full of sensory joys as a happy life. To some happiness does not lie in objects or enjoyment; happiness or unhappiness lies in imagination. Happiness means ease and complete lack of restlessness and pleasure of. There are many forms of "Happiness", one finds happiness in his/her own unique way, but there is only one answer, one solution and that is the experience of the soul itself. The first and the foremost means to achieving it is the pondering, over fundamentals of life. However we should remember that the real experience of the soul is born of the absence of this pondering over the fundamentals of life!
Love
Here is what I found out about love "Passionate love" which involves continuously thinking about the loved one and also involves warm sexual feelings and powerful emotional reactions. "Companion love" is having trusting and tender feelings for someone who is close to you. Many opinions have been formed on this thing called Love! Basically there are 3 things that make this love works.You don't have Passion, Intimacy and Commitment! Love is the quiet understanding and mature acceptance of imperfection It is real It gives you strength and grows beyond you - to bolster your loved. You are warmed by their presence, even when they are away. Distances do not Separate you. Love also means trust. You are calm, secure and unthreatened they feel your trust and it makes them even more trustworthy. Love is an upper. It makes you feel whole. It completes the circle. It fills the empty space in your heart. Love is elevating. It lifts you up. It makes you think up and makes you a better person than you were before. If you have love in your life. It can make up for a great many things that you don?t have. if there is no love in your life, whatever else there is has a lot of less meaning. The secret of our being is not only to live but to have something to live for.
Health
There are many ideas, and opinions, on what constitutes good health, or what a meaningfully healthy lifestyle feels or looks like. It could be said that health should be a natural condition, or at least a consistent state of well-being. But what is natural condition? Trying to push our limits is it mentally or physically would not help to achieve good health. Going to the gym when you are exhausted is not good health! In this modern culture that we are living, perhaps it's time for us to look at what this instinctive natural knowledge of good health is all about! This knowledge probably includes simple things like sunshine, pure water, sleeping when the sun sets, relying on wholesome foods from nature, having daily along time in the outdoors and living physically active lives in loving communities.
